Description:

Castrol Magna™ CT circulating oil range (previously called Magna™ HB Range) are based upon high quality solvent refined mineral oils carefully formulated with additives to provide good water separation as well as rust and oxidation protection.

Application:

Magna CT Range circulating oils are intended for the lubricating of bearings produced by companies such as Morgan or Mesta. These oils meet or exceed:

• MORGOIL Lubricant Specification Rev. 1.1 (27 Jan 2005)

• Association of Technicians of the Iron and Steel Industry – ATS 384-112

Used extensively for the bearing lubrication of steel rolling mills and other applications where high quality rust and oxidation inhibited circulating oils with excellent water separation properties are required. The Magna CT Range is fully compatible with elastomer materials commonly used for static and dynamic seals, such as nitrile, silicone and fluorinated (e.g. Viton) polymers.
